Has anyone had any luck in arena with
Hk lead, r2, bb8, T3, and C3PO? It seems super good on paper, how does it perform? Does it do good on offense at least? I heard someone here once say it’s a super team, and they don’t know why it’s not meta yet. That got me interested in it. Is it any good as a team, or is ig88 better instead of threepio?

That’s why I’m asking though. I don’t have the time to work on some of those characters, so anyone who has them upgraded could’ve tried it.

Seems fun, but won't work in arena and pulling 3P0, R2 and BB8 away from rebel/resistance squads for a "for the lulz" droid team seems less than optimal for TW/GA purposes. I guess you could use it for Forest Moon mythic?

I have all at gear twelve except 3p0, but he'll be there soon. I could try it. Actually the first team I got all to gear twelve was hk, bb8, r2, chopper, sentinel Droid. I love droids and hoped they'd do good in arena. A 50 or 100% tm gain after every move seemed unbelievably good to me, but I only cracked the top 200. And that was before stupid broken reven. Before traya too actually.

I'm a Droid main not all my droids are g12 but g11.

Against Revan Yoda steals c3po or R2s invis and just wrecks havoc after the initial burst. And then Revan will direct focus kill a Droid leaving you severely underhanded.

Against a Bastila team the high tenacity doesn't allow any debuffs to land and if GK or bindo are in that lineup it's an automatic loss with all the healing and crit immunity. Now if they have niether there is a small chance to win. (Very small). If you can get down Yoda and then proc illuminated destiny it can work. However I have only been able to pull this off against a g9 very slow Bastila team with no GK or bindo but a 5*Hermit Yoda and Ezra.

Against sith teams the initial burst is very good but if there is a double zetad palp or Sion it's game over. As soon as Sion does it's aoe, the aoe train is unstoppable. Stunning him only prolongs the inevitable as DN increase cooldowns, palp mass stuns and Vader fuel tm.

Bounty hunters with bossk lead don't work. To much tenacity and heal. You can get everyones protection down and then watch next turn as it comes all back. However it can beat the original Boba(L) greedo, zam, ig88, cad bane. However with dengar or any other substitute makes near impossible.

My recommendation to you is that droids hit hard and fast but after that intial wave their survivability is very poor. They lack in the health and protection department and all the Droid tanks hit like a wet noodle.

I can sometimes make it to top 50 with my GG team and the best I have gotten to is 23.

GGzz g12, bb8zz g12, ig100 g12, B2z g12, b1 3*g11. I want to eventually switch 1g100 for a L3z. GG is the only damage dealer and the more droids that die/enemies you kill the stronger he gets. I only lose if GG dies or B1 is marked. However I modded this team differently then usual and have some good mods. It's very high investment and low payout.

I'm hoping Darth Revan will take out the wall of Revans.

Honestly droids will hopefully get better in time as some of their abilities are soooo good they just need one character to bring them into the spot.

So if you're willing to play the waiting game I will warn you it will suck, suck hard at that but I do believe they will get a chance to shine again and when nthat time comes I will be more than ready
