New selection filter

I would like to suggest a filter setting to be added to the character screen.

We can currently filter by light, dark, Jedi, sith etc... which is great, but it would be very useful to be able to filter by ‘action available’ or some other appropriate name, for those characters that can be upgraded in some way.

If they could be filtered together, you could see at a glance who you can add gear to or upgrade their skill/level.
