Make legendary and journey events replayable

These events are fun. I don't care about any rewards but it would be great to try them again to see how we have progressed. I beat this new event without having upgraded HK and FB's new uniques and want to try again with them as well as watch the story again. The Chewy event was horrible but now I have new toons and want to see if it is any easier now.

i would love to see the stories again. especially on tiers i beat the the last time it came around but couldn't finish due to not having a required character ready yet.
