So what is the highest speed you can get from Mods? I saw characters with up to 320 but is there a limit? Like can mods only drop with up to 30speed or something?
Maybe I just haven't paid attention to the ones that were above 20? According to the mod 2.0 notes, it should have an equivalent change to where it was along the possible change.
I have a +22 that I haven't upgraded yet, but I don't have enough slicing mats. Will have to remember to check. In any case, I don't imagine them getting more than +2 at max range since mods 2.0 was meant to minimize the impact of speed.
Per the math stated at time of mod 2.0 release upgrading a 5a to 6e will only boost secondary by 1, unless you some how got a 30 speed secondary. But I think the best secondary I have seen was 29 (5 base +(6*4 upgrades)).

6E anything else with perfect rolls I believe is +31 or +32, depending on how it rounds. (5 base + 4 6 rolls + 10% from 6*).
Assuming it rounds up on the subs? Correct. You'll never get better than +192 from mod stats.
That's not counting boosts from mod sets, partial gear levels, abilities, etc...
So I think the highest is 30 assuming a +5 base. So that would be +182 +10% of base speed if you have a speed set.
TFP is 170 before g12+ pieces, so 170+182+17+12 = 381.
I thought they all got +2 when going to 6e?

Speed secondaries get a 3% increase. 3% of all values of speed is less than 1, so in all cases it looks like it just rounds up to 1.
