Darth reven allies not dispelling foresight

Has anyone had problems with bsf, with maradaur, or hk not dispelling foresight on the enemy team? Drs unique says at the start of each Sith empire ally they dispel all foresight on the enemies. Darth reven has been the only one dispelling foresight for me.

Anyone else having this problem?
