These used to be on fleet hard nodes right? They are only showing up in normal fleet nodes.

I see them right now on stage 3-5 hard nodes.

They are available on all normal and hard fleet nodes for levels 3, 4, & 5.

Looks like the game just limits the number of "answers" it provides when you query a location, rather than returning several dozen.
