You really want both. Start collecting logray and paploo shards from the guild shop whenever you see them. Work on vets first, but you can build up ewoks while doing this. They should be gear 11 or better.

Thank you for the suggestion ronnio. I think I'm going to push for C3p0 to get him at 5*, and then slowly farm Rey (Jedi Training ).

Rey is probably better overall but as her event is this month if you go Ewoks you're likely to get one of these two earlier rather than just waiting the ~6 months till she show someone again
