Grand Arena Matchmaking and connectivity issues

In the recent Grand Arena events often the groups i am placed contains some players which are generally way higher than among us due to difference in number of G12 characters. These players at minimum have 7-8 G12 characters plus 13-14 G11 characters while mainly other players like us in the group have at most 3-4 G12 characters with less than10 G11 characters. This type of matchmaking makes no fun in Grand Arena as it feels like you are challenging a way higher groups of team in arena pvp. Devs said Grand Arena is supposed to be fun and different team compositions but why does it feels like similar to facing a way higher opponent in pvp Arena.
Also during Grand Arena connectivity errors results in losing the match and the progress of your team is counted as nil. Please resolve this issue also.
