I'm not sure if a general overview of the GW payouts exist elsewhere on the forums, but I thought it might be helpful to some players to list them here. Keep in mind that the payouts for training droids and ability mats vary slightly in each GW play-through. These are represented as a range (i.e. 6-8).

Wow... lucky you! My girlfriend and I play daily on separate accounts and we have finished the GW daily for weeks and neither of us have ever gotten a character shard before Node #12. Someone at EA likes you!

I've gotten character shards on node nine, three or four times, and I think once on ten.

I actually got a 5s shard from node 9 today, first for a good while. I did used to get them semi regularly ages ago, too bad it's still not like that. GW used to be heaps easier, more character shards pre "fix" hehe

Huh. I've been playing since December 1 and don't remember getting character shards before final node. Maybe I did in the pre-fix days and just don't remember.

I've gotten one extra shard on either 10 or 9. It was old Ben so basicly as good as not getting anything.

Me too. I got shards yesterday on Nodes 11 and 12. But that is rare, today just 12.

I just had an Ugnaught shard drop from node 8, but it's the first time I've seen that happen. Of course, until I read this post, I hadn't really been looking for it.
