Ship dodging without dodge up in GA

Thanks for allowing dodging in GA with ships without dodge up or evasion up. Makes sense to lose the match to the ship meta because of dodge/evasion that could have won me the game. No way I'm beating **** with mace windu lol

It's not just in GA. If you look at a ship's stats, you'll see a 2% dodge and 2% deflection chance. It's one of those little RNG annoyances that doesn't happen at all in 98 battles out of 100, but when it does happen, it suddenly happens a lot.
