Manual targeting has been broken for a long time

Hello out there to all the types that might care about this kind of thing. But it has become almost totally impossible to manually target the desired opponent. It has been fixed before and then re-broke at the latest update. But it has gotten ridiculous to try and battle almost any opponent squad.

I hope I’m posting this in the correct area. I’m not a consistent poster and I apologize if it’s not. Thanks again for a great game. But pleeze pleeze fix this!
