Territory War GP mismatch

So this TW we are in currently our guild got matched up against a guild that has 20 million GP more than us. Wasn't this issue supposed to be fixed or should we expect that this problem will still persist?

    How many defenses per zone?

    Part of the matching is active GP, not GP overall. They likely didnt get everyone to sign up.

    Yeah I my have jumped the gun realized there are only 21 defenses per section to set we have 47 of our guild participating.
