(Well, maybe "needs" is stretching it a bit but we'd like the pleasure of your company if that's OK And doesn't inconvenience you too much and you don't feel too put out. Erm ... )
Anyway ... !
We're not really a Casual or Elite guild because although we do have certain requirements for participation, they're not monetary or even time based. Basically, if you manage to get online during a 24 hour period then we expect you to help the guild out where needed. If you don't get online, no worries as we quite accept that Real Life (TM and (c)) comes first.
Simply put, if you come online during the sign up phase of a Territory War, then please sign up. If you don't come online during the sign up phase, then you can't sign up so no worries!
If you come online during the Set Up phase of a Territory War you signed up for, then please set up! etc.
We regularly raid Heroic Rancor with the rule that if you have Han Solo at 7* then we ask you not to do more than 1 million damage to it so as to give those who still need him a chance. It tends to die in less than an hour anyway.
We regularly raid Heroic Tank with no rules as it's a free for all as we all still want General Kenobi shards! Just don't kill it TOO quick so that no one else can have a go!
And we currently raid Sith Tier 5 but the moment we kill it in less than 48 hours, we'll step up to Tier 6. And that might be happening right now! We summoned it last night and now, some 17 hours later, we're already on Phase 3!
We run on UK local time so we're currently operating on GMT+1 and will switch to GMT later in the year.
We all speak good like English, innit blud? But we accept that you might not. As long as we can all understand each other, we don't mind if your first language is Ewokese! (But not Klingon, we do draw the line somewhere.)
Some of us have Revan, most of us do not. Most of us have Commander Luke, some of us do not. Minimum requirement is level 65 and a positive can-do attitude. Although the attitude requirement is negotiable if you don't really feel like it.
