More mod set bonuses for 6 Star Mods?

4 Speed Set 6* mods should increase more speed more than 10%, shouldn't they?

Nope... set bonusses are set bonusses. They are based on mod level, not mod rarity/MK.
Therefore set bonus should be exactly the same no matter if the mod is a 3 dot, 5 dot or 6 dot.

Slicing mods increase mod stats, which should be your reward for doing i - hence the massive +2 speed on an arrow.
