Best general leadership

I’m curious what the forum thinks is the best non-faction leadership (I.e. applies to everyone on a team.)

I used Rex long ago for mixed factions but I think Finn would perform better as the rest of his kit is much offense oriented.

About the other options:
Evasion leaders are countered by so many toons nowadays that doesn't seem useful.

Rex, hands down.
Farmboy Luke can be useful to give Wampa some tenacity to counter possible daze/stun debuffs.

Well if Rex and Sidious is on this list Boba should be as well. But yeah I went with Old Ben because he's one of the few on this list that DOESN'T have faction exclusive abilities like Rex does.

However even though Rex only give half bonuses to non-jedi/clones, he's still the best choice in most situations.

Non-Jedi have never benefitted from Bastila's leader ability.

Luminara's leadership also applies to any one, but benefits Jedi more. Definitely would not recommend her zeta. I regret it.
