Lost Game Data

From day one my account was linked through Google, and then one day i log in and poof my data was gone.

For the last week i have been trying to retrieve my data but EA's CSR's tell me that "It's an issue with google, and there is now fix in site"

Now i sit here $493 dollars in the hole, and no game to play.

Is there a Dev out there that is aware of a fix, or am I just screwed?

I hope so, i would contact support again an try to get a dif rep. Sometimes just a dif person looking at it solves it quickly

I have a ticket open (that they keep closing), I have done live chat with 5 different Reps, and 4 call backs, this was my next option... and I'm running of of them.

... but the solution is clear and easy .... please ea public the game progress file , and everyone will be able to backup it for be able to use it after the crash like this ...
