Fix the Sith Bomber!

In a meta filled with HMF, it would really be nice if you could fix one of the very few counters it has. The Sith bombers mines are STILL not working properly after several complaints and bug reports. It's been out now for a while and their is no excuse to not have it be addressed yet.
