So here is the Question... Has anyone noticed if there is a difference between leveling up a toon with a low star rating VS. a high star rating?

In other words, Is it worth waiting to get a toon to 6-7 Stars before upping their level?

Also... Do we have any lvl2 Stratagem that we can share?

I think that game is pretty linear. Not like Pokémon where your abilities is determined on who you beat to gain XP
