Round 2 - I had more GP (both character and ship) and lost with a tie. I had more at the beginging of GA and when I fought my opponent. Unfortunately, EA customer service cannot help and told me to create a forum post. Hopefully, someone on here will help. It should be a fairly straightforward issue.

nobody will help you, your opponent more than likely had more GP than you at the start of GA

I would guess that you had probably moved mods around for something or other when player lock occurred thereby making your gp less at the start of the arena.

It's the most reasonable explanation I can come up with.
