Why can’t I see grey mods?

Everything is set to default, all I can see is speed arrows and that’s it..

    are you selected on the arrow mod spot?

    You're most likely selecting on the arrow mod that's already put on your character. That's another way to filter mods for selection/replacement.

    If you are talking about your unassigned mods in inventory they may be part of a loadout
