They're only releasing that 1 piece to finish off G12. So its 1+0 = 1

I think the OP means how many Pieces of gear will there be for the last slot, like G12+ released more than 2 pieces to fill those slots.

not really we can speculate on if it is going to take 60 or 100 medpacks 50 or 100 kryotech PLUS whatever the new needed piece is to make this final piece

They confirmed that all we are getting is the final G12-6 to be able to close out g12 and open G13. There will be no actual pieces of G13 available at this time.
