4-LOM
a merciful droid who takes advantage of his opponents debuffs and buffs and anticipates his opponent's moves

Dark side, attacker, bounty hunter, scoundrel, droid,

Basic
Blaster bombardment
Animation: 4-LOM fires three rapid fire shots out of his blaster pistol then fires a heavy shot out of his heavy blaster rifle
Deal physical damage to target enemy. If the enemy has target lock on them or if the enemy has any buffs on them deal damage a second time. If the enemy has target lock and buffs deal damage a third time
Omega: +20% damage and +15% to inflict target lock

Special 1
Override the program cooldown 3
Animation: taps buttons on his arm
4-LOM gains +10% max offense, defense, health and protection for each target locked enemy, and heals 40% of his health.
Omega: +10% max offense, defense, health and protection. Gain +20% health, add 30% protection

Special 2
Tactical thief cooldown 5
Animation: runs up to the enemy while firing two bolts from his rifle then jumps behind the enemy and shoots 1 boot from his blaster pistol
Deal physical damage to target enemy and deal extra damage equal to 30% of the enemies max health and gain that much health and protection. Deal +5% extra damage for each buff and debuf on the enemy, gain that much health. 4-LOM gains health up and protection up for 3 turns. 60% to increase the enemies cooldowns by 1 with a 40% to decrease his cooldowns
Omega: gains offense up and critical chance up for 3 turns.

Cold hunter
Unique
When 4-LOM deals damage to an enemy he has a 75% chance to inflict target lock on target enemy. 4-LOM has 80% counter attacks. He has +10% damage and +5% accuracy for each buff and debuf on the enemy. When any bounty hunter gets damaged he gains +5% damage. Whenever an enemy attacks with their basic 4-LOM gains +10% damage l and whenever they attack with their special he gains +10% critical chance and critical damage on his next attack
Zeta: +20% counter chance, +5% accuracy and +10% damage. 4-LOM recovers +30% health whenever he damages a buffed enemy and +20% protection when he damages a debuffed enemy.

Leader
Calculative leadership
All bounty hunters and droids have +40% damage and accuracy whenever they use their basic and +60% potency whenever they use their special on their next attack. Whenever a bounty hunter or droid ally gets damage they recover 10% health and +5% protection.
Contract: damage any enemy with any buffs or debuffs
Reward: enemies have -20% accuracy and -30% defense. Allies have +30% accuracy and +40% damage.
Payout: 4-LOM has a 80% to call a random ally to assist dealing +30% damage. 4-LOM Gains protection up for 1 turn whenever any random ally inflicts a debuf or gains any buff

    Well, not really. I think there’s just so much stuffed in, and there is a lot of RNG based stats, so it would take a readers manual to really know how to use him. I also think he is OP, considering the amount of damage and healing, but put him up against Malak and he should be okay
