Chief Chirpa not showing up on character screen

Anyone else not able to see Chief Chirpa in their character screen? I grabbed a couple shards in the cantina battles and restarted phone and app but still no character info available.

Ya, I'm on iPhone 6. My wife is also on IPhone 6 and hers displays fine.

I'm not sure if I should wait to grab any more of his shards in case they won't register once he finally decides to show up haha

I am on an iphone 6s+ I reloaded and he still does not show up for me either.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it. He is now showing up for me. Fixed.

Might need to delete and reinstall the game. Worked for me.
