Elite guild recruiting (215mm GP, wins majority of TW)

- Raids are 3-5pm ET / 8-10pm UTC - we ask for members to at least register for all raids.
- Discord is mandatory. We have a great community on our server which we share with 3 allied guilds, all run independently (we are the top guild and this post is for recruitment into this guild only)
- We have a very engaged team of 8 officers: 1 for TW, 2 for TB, 2 for recruitment, 1 in charge of strategy, and the rest for raid announcements and general help.
- We focus on TW. We provide detailed leadership instructions on Discord for each war and work with each player to optimize their performance.
- We are looking for players in the 3.8MM+ range, with a top 50 arena rank, although we can make exceptions if it makes sense.
- We are at 215mm GP when full. We just lost a couple of members to retirement and we are looking for a few more.
