Commando Droid concept

Hey guys! I made a concept for the TX-1 Commando Droid, wanted to see what all of you think of it! All feedback is appreciated:
Name: TX-1 Commando Droid
Dark Side, Tank, Separatist, Droid
Basic: Stalker Shots (Final text)
Deal physical damage to target enemy, with a 50% chance to inflict ability block for 1 turn. This chance is doubled if they have target lock. Also, there is a 30% chance for Commando Droid dispel all debuffs on himself and another random separatist ally
Special 1: Acquiring Targets - Cooldown: 4 (Final text)
Grant Separatist allies the following buffs based off of their role
Attacker: Gain Critical Chance, Critical Damage and Tenacity up for 2 turns
Tank: Gain Taunt and Defense up for 3 turns and Health Steal for 2 turns
Support: Gain Stealth and Speed for 3 turns and Foresight for 2 turns
Finally, all Separatist allies have their debuffs dispelled, and gain Protection Up equal to 20% of their leaders max health. If any enemies have more than 50% turn meter, they have a 20% chance to lose 30% turn meter
Special 2: Retaliation (Zeta) - Cooldown: 20 (Final text)
Deal true damage (ignores armour, defense and protection) twice to target enemy, dispel all buffs on them, grant buff immunity, healing immunity and deathmark for 3 turns. In addition, inflict armour shred (which cannot be prevented, copied or dispelled) and increase all cooldowns by 2. This attack cannot be evaded or resisted. Every time enemies gain a buff or an ally is critically hit, reduce this cooldowns ability by 1. This ability starts on cooldown.
Unique 1: Advanced Assasin Programing
Every time an ally is critically hit, Commando Droid has a 50% chance to gain Taunt and Defense up for one turn if he has more than 50% health. If he has less than 50% health, he gains stealth for 1 turn and grant ally tanks Taunt and Protection Up (30%) for 2 turns.
Whenever an enemy deals damage, Commando Droid a 40% chance to gain 20% turn meter, halved for all other allies unless they are separatist.

I think they meant for it to say dispel all debuffs...
