What's the rewards difference between divisions 1, 2, 3?

Division 1 gp over ___ amount
Division 2 gp over ___ amount
Division 3 gp over ___ amount
Division 4 gp over ___ amount
Division 5 gp over ___ amount
Division 6 gp over ___ amount
Division 7 gp over ___ amount
Division 8 everyone else lower than division 7 GP.

This would be very helpful.
