Ships- Opponent Bossk always attacks first

Has anyone else encountered this?

My Hounds speed is 144, yet my opponents Hounds always attacks before mine, even though their speed is less than 144. My set up is with Tarkin and
I am attacking the meta set up with Akbar as Capitol.

Hounds Tooth gains TM based on hits on allies while not Taunting. If you hit 2 enemies and they hit one of your allies once, their HT with have a TM boost over you. If that is not the difference, then I would say you have bad luck with RNG.

HT gets bonus TM if allies are hit. That should answer the question.

Thanks, I actually just saw that too. Forgot to check Hounds abilities. My TFP goes first and that’s what is triggering it.
