Incentive for guild leaders?

There is none, at least I don't see any. I became a GL after being an officer for awhile. Mostly because most didn't want the responsibility. Which can feel like a job more than a game some times . We are really lacking in GL tools to manage members , low performance, and roster info. It seems youre better off being a member instead if an officer lately. Being able to add people or kick them off is important, but not the only thing we need . Surprised, because it's usually the leaders that are the most passionate about the game. I'm a big YouTube watcher for this game and I don't even see information on how to be a good guild leader. Its been how many years? Wish I didn't have to use other tools like swgoh.gg all the time and that's only if they register. CG, would love to see a change thank you and may the force be with you. Guild Leader Merlinshabbit.
