First there should be bonus points for winning a bracket. Those that are able to win a bracket should be way ahead of those that don’t. Second, there should be margin of victory bonuses/penalties. Clearing all territories is not a true indicator of how good you are. Margin of victory is because it adequately accounts for people who put all top teams on defense and literally have no chance at winning. While the person playing them will beat them badly, the current system penalized the opponent because they didn’t clear all territories. If you give bonus points for margin of victory this gets alleviated.
