How to mod JTR

I have her modded 222% CD for HSTR. With about 250 speed.

You definitely want some potency in there so that she can reliably land her Mind Trick debuffs. Other than that, mostly speed.

I modded*edit* her only for STR raid and have her at about +90 and CD/CC. +Health circle, +CC triangle for cleanses, and +Potency cross.

You don't use her in TW/GA?

Treat her like a damage dealer. CC/CD sets. CD triangle. Consider a potency cross to land her mind trick debuffs. Offense and speed secondaries.
