Will the new patch reduce the star level for those who promoted their ship due to the bug?

What is this bug you are refering?

Capital ship not required to increase star level. Seems to have counted vader character stars for capital ship req.

You can (and at least one person does) have no 7* capital ship and a 7* falcon.
