Arena attempts reduced after failed to enter battle
So today I started my arena climb at around 5 pm. I was at #14 with 3 attempts left. Then I tried to fight the #9 guy but when I pressed the 'battle' button a message popped out saying sth like "An unexpected error occurred", I tried again and it popped up again. I thought it might be an app glitch so I quitted GoH. I re-enter the app just to found my Arena attempt was in cooldown and when it ended my available attempt was reduced to 2. Did anyone experienced this before?
This glitch had cost me at least 200 crystals as I used to finish at top 3 but today I could't even climb to top 5 due this annoying issue! Who can I contact from EA/CG to urge them take a look into my issue? I felt being cheated. If they don't give me a satisfactory reply/compensation I'm not gonna spend anymore in this game, though they probably don't care as I'm far from a whale
