Enable quick switching to other characters whose mods appear during mod management
A very common mod management activity is to sort mods by some criteria to see who mods should be swapped between characters. When such a swap is identified it is a pain to have to quit out of mod management, go back to character select, locate the character to add a mod to, reenter mod management, reapply the filtering/sorting criteria and locate the mod to swap.
When selecting a mod that is already attached to a character, there should be an option to switch to that character's mod management screen without changing filtering or sorting criteria.
