It isn't. As TVF said, there is no cadence, but the Q&A said it's "soon," which to me strongly implies this month, particularly given there are no other event toons on the calendar until the 22nd.
So, if the Star Forge Showdown comes back on the weekend of the 16th, which is the weekend after Padme, that will put it at 126 days. Roughly four months. Which is "on time" even by the "roughly 3-4 months" standard that does not apply to it.
CG never made any commitment nor promise of a ninety day turnaround on all events.
