Who should I gear?

Dudes, important question here. I need to know who to give my Mark V Stun 🔫 to. So I have a gear 10 Grievous and the Stun 🔫 will get him to gear 11. I have a gear 8 Padme and a Stun 🔫 will get her to gear 9. I have a gear 9 Jedi Knight Revan and a Stun 🔫 will get him to gear 10. I have a gear 8 Jolee and a Stun 🔫 will get him to gear 9. I have a gear 11 R2 and 2 Stun 🔫 will get him to gear 12. I have Jedi Training Rey at gear 11 and a Stun 🔫 will get her to gear 12. Lastly, I have Geo-Brood Alpha gear 11 and 2 Stun 🔫 will get him to gear 12. Which character should I give the Stun 🔫 to?
My arena team is a Gear 13 CLS, Gear 13 Han, Gear 13 OT Chewbacca, Gear 12 C3PO, Gear 11 R2.
I know that Galactic Republic characters are getting a boost for Geo Light Side Territory Battles (Padme), but I know Geo Dark side is still big (Grievous). I know Jedi Knight Revan squads are still really useful too. I just want to know what would be the best option for the future.
