Still no crystals here as well. Yesterday in late evening I opened a support ticket, but got no answer as of now from EA.

Support said I'm not going to get them. Said the server failure didn't affect me. I couldn't log in for over an hour. Due to the server error. So I started a guest account went through the tutorial and bam I get the crystals for the server being down. This account wasn't even there yesterday. This is messed up.
