I noticed this too. It definitely should be triggering it but he did not seem to be.

Only "Heroes" listed in the front page of the Geo TB can trigger this (GG, Asaaj, Nute, Poggle and Wat)

Yeah, you are right. Heroes are listed on different tab so wasn't obvious from the details bit alone, had just assumed it was seps.
