Well I didn't get my crystals for the server being down yesterday. I called support and they said that I'm not getting any crystals because I didn't log in during the outage. No I didn't log in but it wasn't from lack of trying (over 100 times). I heard guest accounts had been getting the crystals. I had never made a guest account. So I went and started one. I went through the tutorial and bam I get the 200 crystals. Then I get it again.
Someone explain this to me. I was blocked from logging in for over an hour yesterday and get nothing. I started a new account today and get double the rewards.
