Recent Connection Error problem

Hullo! Long time player, first time caller.

Thanks so much for fixing the recent Connection Error problem! That was a pain.

I noticed that, to all players affected, 200 bonus crystals were to be automatically put in their inbox. I did not receive those crystals.

How can I get those crystals, please?
