Chromium exclusives are not in the shard shop.
Because it would be gamebreaking getting 2 shards of a chromium character every 12-13 days or so when they would actually rotate into the shop (average, considering theres 74 characters, excluding yoda and GG). A F2P would get a 7 star Leia with only shop shards in only 4000 days. So +10 years.
Or they could let the P2P people get those last few shards missing for a promotion, instead of spending hundreds of € fishing for chromium shard drops.
Not that it matters. As long as Grievous exists, i'm happy and got an objective for my leftover shards. I can fool myself into thinking the shard shop isnt useless.
Until the shard shop allows us to pick any available shards from all characters and exchange them.. it will be useless. And I know that's not going to happen
