Appreciate the acknowledgement of poor game performance

The notes today about game performance since TW started up were appreciated but they do little to mitigate the multiple crashes during GAC battles or the wait times of more than one hour with support just so I can help underline that iOS performance is still below satisfactory. I am putting in the time to farm and gear and build teams but I can’t compete if I lose 2-3 of my best teams on crashes every day in the GAC.
Is this just a case of the game outgrowing it’s initial infrastructure? Frankencode
