Update did not fix the lag

So I’m posting here instead of opening a ticket because my last 3 tickets were ignored. I updated the game and still have the hellacious lag that I have had for the past month or so. I am hoping a developer will see this and address the issue in a timely manner this time. Last time an 11 day lag between the issue and acknowledgment was unacceptable. I’m a whale who is about to delete the app so better hurry

    They tell me it is my device but I have 2 devices from 2 different phone manufacturers and lag happens on both really bad, bith phones are within 2 years old

    I went from an iPhone XS Max to a 11 Pro Max. It’s not my phone

    If they gave half the attention to maintenance that they do to monetization the game would work fine. I’ve bought almost every pack they have dropped in the last 6 months so it’s not for lack of profit on their end

    They need to push an update to us all, which will happen “tomorrow” (depending on where you are in the world).

    The update is not yet live.
