phasmas leader ability, Bug or glitch?

today when I used her ability victory march in node 7E Dark Side, I was able to gain a bonus attack off of that. I thought they patched this a while ago where phasma doesnt trigger bonus attacks when someone is using a non lethal attack. This is just a heads up
