Theory; Not a bug, just a test
My theory is that CG was testing the waters with the idea of making Malak shards free for the third time of the event. They saw the reaction of whales and they acted out like it's a bug.
Mistakes like this don't just happen, why make the event replayable if you plan to reward nothing? There had to have been some type of reward, that's not CG's way!
The harm is unprecedented, the anger and disappointment is greater than it's even been. Once more we thought CG heard the players and decided to do something good, only to find out that it was too good to be true. Imagine making 15 million per month and instead of appreciating your community you keep letting them down ALL THE TIME...
Let us keep Malak, the 5 star unlock followed by GET farm is the least popular model you've even come up with and you know it. Refund the GET people spend on it, it's theirs, they have earned it by playing the events! Start being more responsible.
