"Bonus turns": Malak vs GGrievous

Is it possible that these two "bonus turns" have different mechanics? It seems Malak gets his bonus turn even when opposite toons have 100% TM, so he basically has upper hand for his bonus turn, while GGrievous' bonus turn always happens after all enemies use their turns.
Yes, I'm talking about GG nuke squad :#

Do these differences mean that "bonus turns" can be encoded different ways for them? (one is Malak's and other is obviously GG's)

Th difference kies in that Malak takes the bonus turn at the time it takes damage.
Grievous bonus turn have to wait to have his debuffs removed.
Clearing debuffs does not stop other characters at 100% TM from acting and thus Grievous waits for them to act. Even 1% TM from own team members are removed to be sure he's the first of his side to act after debuffs are cleansed

It's more about GG's bonus turn when ally droid dies.
I expected abilities named the same work the same way, it turns out GG doesn't get "bonus turn" - he just gets his TM lfilled to 100%, which means ability described wrong.

Who is GG fighting? Under what conditions? If he is going against a Sith Empire team then fear could be the problem. A character with fear does nothing on his next turn. So GG gets a bonus turn, and then doesn’t attack.

Right, GG fighting SithEmpire, but not feared. Unlike Malak GG doesn't his "bonus turn" right after his droid ally dies - usually other SE enemies have their turns before him. So question is why the **** it's called "bonus turn" if GG has to wait in line to make it? :D

Let's say you have 2 Bonus turns at your side like Wat and Han and you shoot the first ability from Han at a Malak which will grant his bonus turn.
Once he got his bonus turn he will go before Wat even if he has still a bonus turn.

A bonus turn apply before everything else even if you have a bonus turn ready.
A bonus turn will grant to be next.
Someone can get a bonus turn before your bonus turn if you trigger it right before.

Example would be running a Malak and JKA together. If Malak go under 50% you will be granted 2 bonus turns.
One for Malak and one for JKA.
If JKA goes first and damage the enemy Malak so that he will be granted a bonus turn, he would go before your own Malak which already got a bonus turn ready (waiting with 100% TM).

    Hope that clarifies it.

It doesn't clarify what I see every day: ally droid dies but it's often not GG who goes next - instead another SithEmpire enemy gets a turn while GG stands still (not feared) with 100% TM. It's "gains 100% TM" mechanics, not "bonus turn".

    See the order of actions:

As you can see in there, as well as in the description, Grievous dispels, reduces cooldowns and takes a bonus turn. So he has to wait.
You are thinking like he should take the bonus turn and do the other actions, but that’s not the way it is coded and also follow the description of the ability:

Post video if you can. The last person with your exact issue realized that his GG did have fear, but it was happening so quickly that he didn’t notice it.

On second thought GG should be feared indeed as he crits Malak right before that. I'll slow down to 1x to check, thanks!

No problem. It may in fact be a new bug, but it’s good to be thorough. It’s the, “have you tried turning it off and back on” method to eliminate the easy possibilities.
