Reddit,
Discord,
even in their own forum is since the GAS event toxic.

How is it for such a big company possible to ignore this?

Why is it so hard for you to give a proof of life to your customers?

is it really your strategy to hide until the shitstorm is over?

You have a community manager. Let him do his job and talk to the community.

Well they already did speak on the Malak event. There is in fact a whole thread about what they are doing. Just cause people dont like the answer doesnt mean it's not the answer.

Hopefully there’s a more specific question if the OP is actually expecting an answer.

What about the release of Relics so close to G13?

We're at the point when I have to ask, WHY did they have to release it then? Why would say, it be bad to release now?

I feel like, whatever hurry they were trying to get to, wasn't such a hurry after all.

In the absence of true leadership, the silence becomes deafening.

Personally I like playing in quiet places.

I'm kinda torn.On one hand I with they would reach out to the community and engage in a little more discussion. On the other hand, I'm not sure that's the best idea. A lot of people are pretty wound up, and I doubt there would be much in the way of civilized discussion.

I hope they take some time, strategize, think things through, and find ways to improve the game for the players.

    Just some ideas for CG:

    1) Hard node attempts back to 8 from 5 PERMANENTLY.
    2) Maybe a rotation of double drops each week for even a day? (Week 1: Hard Nodes (All), Week 2: Cantina, Week 3 Normal Nodes (All), Week 4 Mod Challenges.
    3) Cantina Energy set to the same refresh and recharge rate as the others.
    4) Assault Battles back to 2 days.
    5) Weekly TB Rotation (Week 1: Geo, Week 2: Hoth, Week 3: Geo, Week 4: Hoth)
    6) More shard rotations on nodes.
    7) Increase the 600 ticket limit for raids

Dunno, just spitballing here. I know some of this is debatable by the player base, but I think we can all agree that some of these are reasonable requests.

    Because they simply don't care.

    Yes.

He does talk to us. In the form of a server update post with "nothing publicly changing" every 1-2 weeks.
