Where is the compensation for the disappearing button?

Thanks for the update on the future resolution Mr @CG_SBCrumb but, other than allowing us to report, where can we look for our missing GET2, better rewards for not completing a battle 4/4, better rewards losing a GAC, missing feats for not completing a battle at 1st or with the right faction or clearing the board due to losing key toons... and these are just the examples of what has happened to me, others may add more...

Now, Dooku is key for the first special mission, at least for me and my guild... so hopefully we can use more toons than just the separatists to look for a right fit...

Again, we need to be compensated for what we're missing every time this button thing happens... not just allowing us to report!
