Still waiting for content designed to elevate fleet investors. Single fleet defense in rear is a very poor choice to reward those whom put their faith that ship investments would be fruitful.
Is there a chance to consider 1x fleet defense in both front lines?
I know everything can't be logical, but I don't see how enemies in space could reach each other without using ships and going through an enemy fleet to reach the ground.

I like idea of ships in GAC but this way it is so predictable. I would prefer if fleet is treated as any other team - I want to place it to whatever slot I choose or not to place it at all and use a squad instead. Scoring of fleet battles would need to be same as squad battles.
So there's strategy, where will you put your least effective fleet? Back defense? Work up powerful 4 ship fleet to try to compensate (and snag underdog points on offense)
Though I can agree we need more ships.

A player like me with 2.25M fleet GP essentially can't win a fleet involved GAC.
This is because of matchmaking and fleet node placement.
The disappointment is that there isn't 1 place for a fleet-centric player to dominate.

I have hopes for fleet raid; but I've felt pessimistic about it lately, like they'll only make 1 or 2 phases of some new raid with ships.
