Missing banners in GAC?!?

Has this ever happened to anyone?

I was doing my Grand Arena round 1 battles

I was at 1692 banners before doing my fleet attack

I got 64 banners in my fleet attack

153 banners are awarded for conquering that section

I should have finished with 1909 banners but I finished at only 1906. It forgot to give me 3 banners!

My opponent also finished with 1906 banners but he has a higher GP so therefore I will now lose when I should have won!

How is this even possible?!?
