Game freezes

So, twice today the game has frozen during geo tb, costing the guild millions of points. Yesterday froze during gac, possibly costing me the round. It's happened countless times over the past few years in tb, tw, gac and arena.
When will this be properly addressed by cg?
This issue is probably the biggest frustration in the game for me and one of the reasons I refuse to put my money into the game anymore (not that I was a massive spender, but it all adds up).
